CRD VIETNAM Meet with our Team

There were only 4 staff working part-time when the CRD was initially founded. CRD has 15 full-time staff and 20 regular collaborators who are experts from member universities of Hue University. Both CRD’s staff and collaborators have expertise and practical experience in various fields, including agriculture, economics, environment, community development, climate change, natural resource management, biodiversity, etc.

The CRD has paid special attention to the capacity of the staff and considered it as a crucial step to the development of the organization. The CRD has developed various ways to improve capacity of the staff in terms of professional qualification, practical experience, foreign languages, masters and doctorate programs in rural development or related fields.

The staff’s quality has been increasingly improved. Many staff have become experts in development fields.
